Adam Lutz has worked in the construction industry for nearly 20 years and has worked in the field of construction risk management and claims for over 15 years. During this time, he has also amassed extensive experience working with builders and community associations to execute large scale capital replacement and repair projects. From construction companies, to engineering firms, to one of the largest home builders in the nation, Adam's experience provides him with a unique perspective on construction, construction defects, and the needs of both community builders and associations.
